  • Do I have a choice in where I receive my orthopedic care?
    You always have a choice when it comes to health care. If you prefer to have your orthopedic needs met by the exceptional medical staff at Bone & Joint Hospital, discuss your options with your current physician or call our Physician Referral Line at 405.272.7900.

  • How will I pay for my surgery?
    All financial processes should be completed at or before the time of admission, including insurance information, required forms and signatures, assignment of benefits, and payment of any required deposits. A patient account representative is available to assist you during your stay with any questions regarding your hospital account.

  • What do I do when I arrive at the hospital?
    Once you arrive at Bone & Joint Hospital please check in at the Information Desk. If you are admitted the day before your surgery you should report to the admitting office by 1 p.m.

  • Where do I park?
    Please park in the free parking garage located on the south side of the hospital.

  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If you must cancel a procedure or surgery for any reason please call 405.552.9250. If it is after hours please leave a message with your name, spelling of your last name, the procedure or surgery you need to cancel, the date it would have been performed, and your phone number with the area code, so we may contact you if we have questions.

  • How will the hospital address my spiritual needs?
    The Bone & Joint Hospital Chapel is located on the first level of the hospital in the surgery waiting area. If you have specific spiritual or cultural needs, or would like to have a visit from Pastoral Care during your stay, please let your nurse know during your pre-admission interview.

  • Does the hospital have a cafeteria or dining area?
    All surgical patients at Bone & Joint Hospital receive room service during their stay. Cafeteria service for visitors is available Monday – Friday, 7 to 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Vending machines are located next to the cafeteria.
