Q. Will St. Anthony file my hospital claim?
A. As a courtesy, we will submit a claim to your insurance. Please be sure that you accurately provide your complete insurance information when you register.
Q. Will you submit secondary insurance claims?
A. Yes, we will submit secondary claims on your behalf. However, we will only submit a secondary claim after your primary claim has completed processing.
Q. My insurance authorized what I had done. Why are you billing me?
A. We bill for services when your carrier provides us with documentation that you are liable for charges. Please remember: Even an authorization from your insurance “is not a guarantee of payment.” Just because they tell you that a procedure or service is okay, that does not mean that they will cover it—especially at 100%.

Q. What are my payment options online?
A. Online payment through our site is possible by check or credit card. Credit cards accepted include American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and VISA. Payments will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt.

Q. Why did I receive bills from other doctors for the same date of service?
A. Bone and Joint Hospital at St. Anthony bills for facility charges only. Physicians, anesthesiologists, pathologists, radiologists, and all other medical services providers will bill you separately.

Q. I believe I overpaid my account. How do I get a refund?
A. Please call our business office at (855) 989-6789 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Or you can email our business office. Our representatives will be happy to review your account and make arrangements for you.
We’ve tried to make requesting a copy of your medical records as easy as possible. Here’s all you need to do:
1. Print and complete the Request for Information form. IMPORTANT NOTE: You’ll find all of the fees associated with obtaining your medical records directly on the form itself, in the “Acknowledgement of Understanding” section.
2. Get your completed form to us in one of the following three ways:

3. Pick up your records. We’ll have your records available for you to pick up seven days after we receive your request. Our normal business hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays 8 am to 4:30 pm Please remember to bring a valid driver’s license or other photo ID. We cannot legally give out records without proper identification.
